Embedding Inksoft Studio

I have an Inksoft website (steelberryink.com) which includes a design your own studio similar to custom ink. I have an HTML code for embedding the design studio, which I got from Inksoft. When I add it to a page on WordPress, however, all I get on the page is the coding. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any an all help:)

First, not all HTML code can be embedded into WordPress.com.
You’ll need to switch your page editor to the text editor option and then paste your code into that window. If you paste your code into the visual editor, you will still see the code on the live site.

If you paste your code into the text editor and it still doesn’t work, that means that some of the code is not permitted on WordPress.com

I was pasting it in the visual, thank you.
Although I posted the code in a “post” that ends up in the tab “Design your own”. When I embed it as a post there Is not enough room for the studio. So I posted it directly to the page “design your own” which when I preview looks great. But then on the actual site it says nothing was found when you select “design your own”. Is this also something you could help me with? Thanks again -
It looks like your problem is in your menu itself, not on the page.
If you go to http://steelberryaward.com/about/design-your-own/, that looks correct (I think!). For some reason when you click on “Design Your Own” in your menu, it takes you to the news page instead?
I would suggest going into your menu, deleting the page that says “Design Your Own” (you’ll just be removing it from your menu, not from the site). And then re-adding the page. This way you’ll have the correct page and not the news page in your menu.

When you look at your existing menu in the customize window, click on the arrow next to the current “Design Your Own” item and you’ll see the link to remove it.
Then, use the Add Item button, go to pages, and select Design Your Own.
