  I would like to embed maps from mapmyhike.com.   However this does not load into my blog? Any ideas?

  I’m sorry but we cannot use iframes codes on free hosted WordPress.com blogs for security reasons.

  But you can for a paid hosted site?

  Yes, if your host is not WP.com. Do not make the mistake of thinking that purchasing upgrades changes the hosting of your site.
