  Hello. I think I understand the restrictions on uploading your own videos without the VideoPress upgrades but what if the video is already being hosted on an outside server and I just want to embed it on my blog?

  I want to embed this file http://www.archive.org/download/embryo_RockHudson/EMBRYO_512kb.mp4 on my blog http://RockHudsonBlog.com

  Can it be done without the video upgrade?

  Using the Gigya embed codes, it probably can be. see http://wpbtips.wordpress.com and look for the Gigya category.
