  Can someone please tell me how to do this? I want ti use a frame set not an inline frame. I don’t want buyers to have to leave my website. I am new to blogging. I believe I have to go somewhere to create a new php page. Can someone tell me step by step how to do this? Do I do it through my dashboard or do I have to go through my account with my host?

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum
