Embedding Pinterest Pin not working
-
Hello! I tried embedding a few Pins into this blog post by following these directions:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/embed-from-pinterest/
For some reason, the URLS keep showing up in my post as if they are hyperlinked, even though they are not hyperlinked in the editing page.
I used this feature to embed Pinterest boards onto my blog before, and it has always worked perfectly. I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong, and why the URLS keep automatically hyperlinking even after I unlink them in the editing page.
Thanks in advance for your help!

I’m experiencing the same problem – the Pinterest embeds that used to show correctly in my past post are also not showing up. The examples on the WordPress guide have also stopped showing up.

Me too, having the same problem. I’m trying to embed a board, but only the link shows, not the board.

Hi @princesadominique and everyone else, did you still need help?
I’ve confirmed the pinterest embeds are working in the support article.
Are you copying and pasting the list of URLs from another program, like an email or a Word document? Those could include extra formatting, so if you are using that method, click on the “text” or “HTML” tab and paste there instead of using the visual editor.

Hello everyone,
Thank you for all the suggestions. I cleared the cache in Chrome, still couldn’t see the Pinterest board (in a post, not widget).
I haven’t published the post yet since it’s not showing (in preview mode).
Thanks to the suggestions above by Timethief, I checked on Safari and the Pinterest board embed is working fine. Thank you for that suggestion!! So obviously a Chrome issue.

Hello again,
Also just discovered that it’s adblock that was affecting Chrome. When disabled, everything is fine.Thank you everyone, and Timethief for all the suggestions.

Thank you :)
