embedding pivot table in blog with allowable HTML code

  I am trying to embed a pivot table into my blog. I have tried SkyDrive and Google and both give me an embed code with “iframe” and “fame” and other HTML that WordPress doesn’t allow. What do other people do in order to get their interactive spreadsheets onto their blogs?
