Embedding possibilities with the Pro Bundle?

  I want to put a slideshow like this in my wordpress.com blog: http://www.slidemypics.com. It uses iframe. Can I use this if I upgrade to the Pro Bundle, or do I have to go for the self-hosted version?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There are no upgrades that change anything whatsoever to do with embeds of any kind. We cannot use iframes or JavaScript. For those you need to hire w web host and set up a WordPress.org install.

  Thank you! I’ll take a look at WordPress.org.

  By the way: I am using a paid premium theme in my free blog. Can I keep using this if I change to a self-hosted WordPress.org install?
