Embedding Subscription Form From Mailchimp

  I’ve embedded a mailchimp subscribe form in the widgets area and I don’t see it pop up or no where on my site when I log out and visit my site as a visitor. Help me.

  That’s not possible. We have code restrictions. The pop-up JavaScript code you are using will not work. You have to use the mailchimp widget provided by WordPress.com. Here is the link to the guide
