  How I can embed a swf file in a blog page.

  You won’t be able to. WordPress strips out javascript, flash and iframes for security reasons and there’s no way round that. If it’s a video you can look to see if it’s on YouTube or Google Video; if it is then you can embed the video from YouTube, but not the file.

  If you own it, you can upload it to YouTube yourself and then add the Youtube to your blog.

  Or use the Vodpod widget. (I’m finding that widget pretty useful.)
