I would like to embed the Twitter list widget on a WP.com Page. The script is similar to the following:

That code uses javascript, which we cannot use on WordPress.com. See here.

Is there a way to make the Twitter Blackbird Pie widget (http://en.support.wordpress.com/twitter-blackbird-pie/) automatically read from a Twitter feed/list/username and post tweets to my blog as posts?

Sorry, but no automatic posting of feeds as posts. Have a look at the TOS. It falls under that “machine generated” content, which is pretty much frowned upon and could lose you your site.
You could probably add a twitter widget to your sidebar for usernameX. That’s not a problem or you could set up an RSS widget for your sidebar if you have the feed to that username or topic. If you do it would be great to share how you did it because twitter pretty much did away with that option with their redesign.

Yes, but I need them to be in the main content area of a Page, not as sidebar and footer widgets. Do you think it’s possible to place them in the middle of the page (with comment boxes underneath them)? Thanks

No, as already explained above, no automatic posting of feeds as posts.
If you really need to auto-post material to your site, perhaps you should set up a self-hosted site instead.
