Embedding URL’s and e-mail addresses

  Hi all- hope this message reaches you in good health.

  So as the title suggests- how do I embed URL’s so that they appear as names/titles (in stead of sometimes long eye-straining links).I tried adding a title when linking the URL in the text box for entries, but nothing happened when I visited my site to look for any changes. How do I go about changing that?

  Same thing with embedding e-mails. How do I embed e-mails so that when people click they’re immediately transferred to a fill-out-ready-to-be-sent-form?

  Any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance :)
