Embedding Vertical Video in WordPress

  Hi. I’m hoping that someone could help me. In the “Love this Blog” portion of my site, I’m trying to embed a video. The video was taken as a vertical, but it’s displaying horizontally. Does anyone know how to flip a video vertical? I basically need to change the dimensions, but I don’t know how to work in CSS. I might be able to do something in html. I’m working in the template Bueno.
