Embedding video and audio no longer working

Until recently I’ve been able to upload videos and audio on WordPress and they would embed into the media player nicely, now all my videos have switched to a “Download File” link, no more embedded videos and I have yet to figure this out. It seems to work properly on my old laptop still, but not on my iPhone 5 or my main computers. I really need to get this figured out, I’ve been trying different plugins and reading articles for several hours and I’m unable to find anything that helps. Please let me know if you have any idea whats going on here.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
