  how cai i embed a video from rai.tv in my blog?
  the embedding code provided from Rai.tv is, for example:

  The video embeds that WordPress.com supports for all of our blogs – no upgrade required are found here.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/

  Video shortcodes are here http://en.support.wordpress.com/shortcodes/#video

  The VideoPress upgrade allows you to upload videos from your computer for hosting and playback directly within your blog (or on another site you can designate). http://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/ However, if you upload them to youtube or another supported video source site then you do not need the upgrade.

  Otherwise iframe codes will be stripped out by the software.

  thank you for your answer but then, if i have understood, i can’t embed that video? I can only upload it in wordpress? But i am not owning the publishing rights of that video… so i can’t upload it in wordpress.
