embedding video from yahoo news site

hello, I’m sure this will be simple… I chose to embed from a yahoo news site here:
https://au.news.yahoo.com/nsw/video/watch/24352785/strangers-help-family-rebuild-life/I chose the embed link top right of screen which also gave option for WP blog, did login etc as requested, told me it was done… the problem is where do I find it??
(I did try copying the other embed codes etc I could find & none worked. I have successfully embedded YT videos.)

The video embeds that WordPress.com supports for all of our blogs – no upgrade required are found here.

The VideoPress upgrade allows you to upload videos from your computer for hosting and playback directly within your blog (or on another site you can designate). http://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/ However, if you upload them to youtube or another supported video source site then you do not need the upgrade.

You see at present I have the site (not blog) set to private as I am new to WP & it’s taking me a while to set everything up before publishing.
So the method did work but now my question is how do I select what page it goes to? I have a page called WiFi under EMFs (sub page).
On the Yahoo page I clicked on the farthest right icon on the options at the top right corner of the video screen. It gave me the wordpress options there however there is no option as to which page I could select.
