Embedding video using Freshly

  I would like to embed a couple of videos which have embed codes, but whenever I try and put them on my blog (ollymann.wordpress.com) they simply don’t display.

  The videos I would like to embed are here:

  Both sites provide embed codes that begin with an <object width> code. Does WordPress not support this, or is it because I’m using a free wordpress account? Is it the theme I am using (freshly)? If I upgraded would it work? And if so what upgrade do I need?
