How can I embed a video starting with “iframe” ?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The video embeds from sources that WordPress.com supports for all of our blogs – no upgrade required are found here.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/Video shortcodes are here http://en.support.wordpress.com/shortcodes/#video
The VideoPress upgrade allows you to upload videos from your computer for hosting and playback directly within your blog (or on another site you can designate). http://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/ However, if you upload them to youtube or another supported video source site then you do not need the upgrade.

Thanks for answer but I still can’t uploade a video beginning with iframe. I can’t find iframe in the list you refer to and when I put in the embedded code from the video into the wordpress site and save it it doesn’t work, like for instance a youtube video.

What is the source of that video? Where is it from?
Is it from YouTube, Vimeo, Hulu, Flickr, Animoto, DailyMotion, Viddler, Blip.tv, TED Talks, Educreations, Instagram, AolOn, Vine, or Videolog?Post the video URL here please.

like for instance a youtube video.
I have zero issues when using the youtube shortcode. In fact, it has never – not even once failed for me.
Go to http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/youtube/#embedding-with-a-shortcode

You misunderstood me, I am not native English speaker, maybe that’s why. I meant that I have a problem with a certain video starting with iframe BUT not with for instance youtube videos. (Which means I have many times put up videos from youtube without any problems)
This particular video though is causing me problems. Here is the URL:<iframe src=’http://abcnews.go.com/video/embed?id=28056575′ width=’640′ height=’360′ scrolling=’no’ style=’border:none;’></iframe>

The suggestions timethief provided will help you put videos on your WordPress.com site.
Iframes however, are not allowed for security reasons. You can read more about why here:
We are working on expanding the ability of WordPress.com to support video embeds from sites like ABC News, so it may work in the future, but I don’t have a timeline on when/if that feature will be released.

Hi again.
After I switched to premium I could upload a video a friend took with his camera. Great! But right now I can’t upload a public video that was put up on Facebook using the embedding code. Why?
I can see I can do it if I use the URL code but I still would like to know why I can’t use the embedding code. Can you help? -
Hi there,
The issue is there are several ways to add videos to a website.
VideoPress gives you the ability to host video files at WordPress.com and show them on your site. This is what you did with the video your friend took with his camera.
When you use an embed code, the video is still actually hosted, or stored, somewhere else. We have several shortcodes that allow you to embed videos from the most popular places (Youtube, Facebook etc.). These are not related to VideoPress so anyone with a WordPress.com account can use them for free.
It’s not possible to embed video using the direct embed codes provided from other websites, because they work using code (like iframes) that aren’t allowed on WordPress.com.
Does that help clear up the differences for you?
