Embedding videos from Distrify

  Hello there,

  whatever I do, embedding the player from Distrify – the online distributor of my documentary THE ISLAND BUS – doesn’t seem to work.
  I tried using the embed code in HTML, I tried using the URL in visual editor which support suggests for most video sites like vimeo, youtube etc as an easy option, but all I get is a hyperlink – which is VERY unsatisfying. See here: https://islandbus.wordpress.com/watch-the-island-bus-online/ Any ideas what to do?

  Thanks a lot for the quick response!

  I had found that list, but it doesn’t help me, cause the site I am trying to embed from is this: https://distrify.com/videos/boRbW8-the-island-bus

  What is the difference in copying their URL or copying any of the other URL’s? I’m not techie enough to understand that. Therefor I also don’t have any idea of whether the procedure for any of the other sites would help. Why doesn’t WordPress allow other player embeds??

  If you want embed videos, you need use that video services:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/
  Distrify is not among them.
