embedding wat.tv videos?

  I’m trying to embed a video i found from wat.tv onto my blog, but the “embed” info they give doesn’t actually do it… it just shows a link where the video should be.
  now of course i googled to try to find a solution but i only found applications that install on a pc in order to do it… and i really don’t want to do that for a couple reasons. a) i’m at work b) i don’t want to install stuff that i’m just planning to use once.
  is there a better way around this?
  i know SOME OF YOU TECHIES should know.
