  Can I build WordPress pages and embed them in another website that was built using HTML tools ?

  If you’re comfortable with writing HTML, you can sort of embed the page you want with the HTML iframe tag. Explanation here: http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_iframe.asp

  Otherwise I don’t think there’s a built-in feature to help you do that.

  What you’re describing doesn’t sound like a good idea. You should use WordPress.com without embedding the pages into other pages.

  Iframe’s have some problems and from what I have seen mess up search engines and confuse your visitors since they never see a valid URL so the links to your blog get lost
