Embedding Worldstarhiphop videos on wordpress

  Can wordpress or anyone HELP! I want to embed videos from worldstarhiphop.com and onsmash.com but i dont know how. The youtube instructions and dailymotion ones are easy to do but with the other sites i dont have a clue and I need help

  I contacted the two sites and they told me to contact wordpress.

  Only the videos that are shown in your dashboard can be embedded here. Any others, you have to use VodPod.
