  Do you have to have the space upgrade to get the embeded mp3 player to work on your blog?…BTW my blog is musiklounge.wordpress.com

  No.

  If you don’t have the space upgrade, you just have to upload your files to a site that allows hotlinking, like Box.net or Fileden. Then you get the URL of the MP3 itself and put that in the audio player shortcode.
