  I am trying to install embedly plug in but I can find a plug in functionality on my admin screen using iPad safari, is this correct?

  Not sure you knew, but plugins can’t be installed on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress sites.

  Here’s info on the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
