  Hi!

  I work for VideoAsk and was trying to embed a VideoAsk widget on a WordPress site but wasn’t able to get it to appear. I used the custom HTML block and entered in the VideoAsk widget code, but nothing appears.

  I currently have the free plan but want to make sure the information we have on our Help Center is correct and up to date with WordPress. Here is a link to our Help Center article: https://www.videoask.com/help/embed/360054155632-embed-a-videoask-on-your-wordpress-site

  Hey there, those instructions may well apply to a DIY copy of WordPress, as opposed to our managed services. Here’s the difference:

  Because we’re managing security and maintenance for our services, and outside code like iFrames and scripts add risk, we limit the types of code that can be used unless you’re using one of our top-tier plans:

  We also support embeds from several popular video streaming services that have been securely cleared, so to speak. Videoask isn’t among them, but there are many other options:
