  i had pad for a domain previously but had been too busy to work on my website. last night i took some time to start working on it and i logged off and logged back on, i couldn’t get on to my account with the email ‘…’ I’m not sure if its because i tried to change the URL. can anyone please help because i don’t want to have to pay for another domain just yet.

  That domain is pointing to a site that’s hosted elsewhere.

  Since your site isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com, you’d need to contact the other host.

  Just to make sure that I have a fuller understanding, what did you try changing its URL to?

  dr-chokle was apart a nice name which they made generic for the URLs. and i just wanted to substitute the dr-chokel to my actually sites name l; the URL to the new site i was buidingi think it was something like captain-v-cloud.com, i had bought a subscription. i don’t know how long its good for but i want to take full advantagof it whilee i still can

  Captain-v-cloud.com hasn’t been registered. I don’t see any purchases here at WordPress.com, so I recommend you contact your hosting provider.
