    The wordpress website created an update that ultimately resulted in the malfunction of my website. My customers could not add any variable products to their cart and when attempting to repair this issue my homepage was full of errors and my backups failed. this is a costly error that I need fixed immediately by a wordpress employee or im going to take legal action against wordpress since my business is inoperable due to this issue and cost me to lose a lot of money .

    FYI your emergency support page does not work either !!! go figure

    We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is self-hosted meaning it uses the open source wordpress.org. According to https://hostingchecker.com/ your site is hosted by NameCheap.

    As you have a self-hosted site you must solve this problem yourself. You find usefull in the wordpress.org documentation at https://wordpress.org/documentation/

    If you need help with WooCommerce, you find info on their site at https://woocommerce.com/
