  I need to move the content of my entire site before my employer deletes WordPress. It is all my own content, bit I don’t know how to migrate it.

  You can export all your content as explained here:

  https://wordpress.com/support/export/

  You’ll obtain an xml file that you can then upload to any WordPress site.
