Emergency Customer Order notifications and tracking email notification

    Emergency, Customer Order notifications and tracking email notification are not sending to customers… Again! We are at the height of our busy point of the year (Father’s Day sales). (aside from christmas). This is the worst possible time for this to be happening. What can we do to fix this immediately because this is pulling people way from production to field support inquiries and manually search and send order numbers and tracking numbers. It is becoming tiring and stressful that this keeps happening, especially at the most crucial times of the year. Any insight on this would be super helpful please!
