Emergency: Forms disappeared from our website

  Hi,

  We’ re using a FluentForm on our Contact Us page (https://restb.ai/company/contact-us/) and I just noticed it disappeared, don’t know since how long.

  The plug-in doesn’t appear anymore in my settings.

  Can you help me understand why/when it happened and how to have it back on the webpage?

  This is very important as it’s the main way for visitors to contact us.
