Emergency! Need to delete a PDF file

  Hi! I need to delete this PDF online.https://soulwoncheung.files.wordpress.com/2015/09/yooka-pdf.pdf
  I deleted the file and the page on my wordpress admin, however it still appears on google and I can access it.
  Please let me know what I should do?

  Please note that WordPress.com has no control over how quickly search engines delete cached media. If you cannot wait until the search engine crawls your site again and receives notice that it was deleted, you will need to contact each search engine directly to remove the file.   Are you sure? I clicked on the link and its gone. I also try googled it and it isn’t online. I requested link removal on google webmaster, so it should be fine.

  Hi,

  I just wanted to let you know that justjennifer is right. We have no control over when a search result is deleted from Google search results (and other search engines out there). If the link was still showing on Google, you would have to contact them to take it down although clicking on the link would have returned a 404 not found error because we’ve deleted the file.

  It’s great that Google has already deleted it, though. It saved you from the extra work of contacting Google.
