Emoticons not appearing

  I can’t get emoticons to show up in my posts. They have in the past but no longer. I have the proper box in “writing” checked. I’m using the Bold Life theme. Can you help please?

  You can enable them here > Settings > Writing

  If they are enabled then you could have a theme issue. Your theme is a premium theme and read-access to the premium themes forum is now open to all users so you can search to see if your question has been previously asked and answered there. The premium theme forums are at http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/ with separate sections for each theme.

  If you are not successful when searching there is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum for your theme under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but do note that the premium theme must be active and you must be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it and post to it.

  I don’t think Bold Life is a premium theme. When I began my blog a few months back, the emoticons did not show up Then they began to show up. Now for about six weeks, they have not been showing up.

  I’m sorry so – you are right Bold Life is not a premium theme I confused it with Bold News. I’m sorry and I have flagged this thread do it will be moved to the Themes Forum where you can get help.

  Hi @candy56,

  I’m seeing emotions in quite a few of your posts, including:

  Are they still not showing up for you? If not, can you provide a link to a post that contains emotions that do not appear? This would help us to troubleshoot further. Thanks!
