Employee fired but World Press will not suspend site

  We have currently let an employee go. We have contacted World Press and they ignore us. We have proof of ownership of the business can anyone here suggest what can be done. This person will not give us the password or take the site down.

  Yes, that is it exactly. I have submitted a dispute, and emailed support and they have not followed up.

  Please use the contact form jackiedana provided to explain this problem. It is for account recovery, but what you are asking is about a TOS violation. These public forums are not the place to discuss these issues.
