  I am new to WP, I want to set up an employment web site which allows Employers to post jobs and Job Seekers to post their skills & attach their resume. They should be able to search Jobs by key words. I would also like to run advertising and have a method of charging for that. Is this all possible on WP.com. I don’t mind upgrading but would like to know I that I am able to do every thing I require first.

  Basically what you want is not doable here. Get paid hosting and WP.ORG software.
