Empty billing section

My billing section in settings is completely empty even though I’ve been charged for 13 euros in August. I’ve tried looking up the bill but haven’t been able to. What seems to be the matter?

What is the site URL?
It sounds like you have more than one WordPress.com account and the mapping upgrade is connected to a different account than where you are looking.

WordPress.ebe.fi (or just ebe.fi) is our primary domain but ebehki.wordpress.com is the original.

You’ll need to sign in to your other user account in order to access ebe.fi as it is not connected to this one.
I’ve sent an email to the email address on that account to help you locate the correct sign in credentials.
