How to I empty blog content securely?

  I have two blogs viranchmehta.wp.com and techcetra.wp.com on one wordpress account. I want to empty latter of all content securely WITHOUT affecting the former. I do not want to “try” anything, since this blog is really important to me (whose isn’t!).

  First, note that it’s always a good idea to make a backup of the blog you want to empty. http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

  We can do this for you but all data will be lost. Can you please confirm the blog URL of the blog you would like us to empty all content and images from for you?

  Please make sure viranchmehta.wordpress.com is unaffected.
