That’s correct. Unless one has upgrades one cannot contact Staff directly. However, not to worry as Staff do monitor forum threads and will respond to the flagging.
You do have a lot of content and that’s wahy I flagged this thread for Staff. However, if time is of the essence, you can easily delete all blog content by yourself, rather than waiting for Staff to do it for you.

As long as I still have access to the URL and can rebuild the blog from scratch (i.e., add content). I have all the content on another wordpress.com blog.
