Empty comment blocklist

  All entries to my comment blocklist, many years of accumulation, have mysteriously vanished. It’s now empty. Why?

  Can you tell us the URL of the site you need help with?

  You have several sites in your account. Are you sure you’re looking at the blocklist for the correct site?

  Here is link, if you can see it, of the dashboard. The comment blocklist is vacant, but the moderation list is correct.

  Hi there,

  Just an update: We’ve found the issue that caused this, and a fix is in the works.

  But at this point it doesn’t look like it will be possible to restore the blocklist terms that have been lost. Our systems team is still looking into this, though, so it’s not definite yet.
