  Please empty my blog of all content :) I wish to retain the url…

  There are 100’s of pics and categories… have deleted the posts…

  Thanks hnsaifi, I understand those links. However there are so many images/categories for me to delete I will get RSI! When I try to contact Support to delete content (as per the advice in the Dashboard when you select “Delete content from this blog and retain URL”) I get the automated support questions that search the FAQ and the end result is posting in the forum?!

  Is there an ACTUAL email or form contact for Support for requests such as this?!

  There is no content in the blog linked to your username. The 404 (page not found) error message on the front page of your blog appeared because you deleted the placeholder Hello World post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/not-found/ As soon as you publish a post, not a page it will disappear. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

  You must be referring to another blog. Please post the URL for it starting with http://

  No. Only Staff and Moderators can edit, close or delete forum threads.

  We cannot help you here at WordPress.com with that site because it’s not being hosted by WordPress.com and we run on different software. This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.

  Thank you for replying… sorry I was logged in as my other user and rather messed up the thread… the blog in question is at http://paperhorsedesign.wordpress.com

  I know how to remove posts/pages etc, my problem is that I want to delete the many categories and images:

  According to my Dashboard > Tools > Delete Blog I need to:

  “Empty my blog of all content

  If you wish to empty your blog of all of its content but keep the blog name, please contact support, and one of our Happiness Engineers will be glad to lend a hand. Do note that once the blog is emptied, the content is gone forever, so please make sure you mean it before you ask us to empty your blog.”

  But I cannot find anywhere to actually contact the “Happiness Engineer” :)

  I will just have to delete them by hand :-/

  Woo hoo! A Happiness Engineer replied to my email support@ etc.
  All emptied thank you :)
