  i have installed a theme (selecta) in this blog, but during installations, i missed some of the
  steps to configure it. So i want to reinstall the theme.
  this is what i am asking.
  can you help me out on this.

  There are no steps during installation of a theme on WordPress.com – what do you feel you’ve missed?

  You can find any available theme options under Appearance->Theme Options in your site dashboard.
