How do I contact support for this? The dashboard gives me the following instructions but I can’t find any way to contact the Happiness Engineers they speak of…
If you wish to empty your blog of all of its content but keep the blog name, please contact support, and one of our Happiness Engineers will be glad to lend a hand. Do note that once the blog is emptied, the content is gone forever, so please make sure you mean it before you ask us to empty your blog.

Option 1You can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.
bulk delete images & media http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/deleting-files/#bulk-deletion

bulk delete pages > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/#bulk-edit

Alternatively, you can tag this thread with modlook in the sidebar and Staff can empty the whole blog for you, but that will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered. If you are sure you want Staff to proceed, please reply to confirm the URL of the blog you want them to empty. -
