empty post

Something strange is happening in my site. If I change some TAG in a published post, sometimes, not always, my post changes in an empty post: that means with the title, categories, tags but the no body post. If I go in the history of the post I can see the change and I can go to the previous version to have back my body. The problem is that I do not understand what causes the problem. Can you please help me? There is any LOG to understand what happens? I’m finding randomly posts empty in my site for this problem. Thanks and sorry for my bad english
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

My guess is that you are not using a desktop computer like I am. I suspect you are using a mobile or tablet.

The Admin login link for that site is

If you cannot restore from your browser, or locate a revision, or restore from Trash then the content has been lost and cannot be recovered.
re: recovering a lost post or page
Please go to https://wordpress.com/post with the same browser and see if it offers to restore a post. If a restore button appears, that means a local copy was saved in your browser and you may be able to recover it.If the post was created on the dashboard of your own blog at Dashboard > Pages > Add New then you ought to be able to recover a lost post or page from revisions if needed.

I’m using MacBook Air with Serra 10.12.3 (16D32).
You can see the revisions of a post where the problem happens
https://raffackfav.wordpress.com/wp-admin/revision.php?revision=39719
https://raffackfav.wordpress.com/wp-admin/revision.php?revision=39720
https://raffackfav.wordpress.com/wp-admin/revision.php?revision=39723
https://raffackfav.wordpress.com/wp-admin/revision.php?revision=39722
https://raffackfav.wordpress.com/wp-admin/revision.php?revision=39724
https://raffackfav.wordpress.com/wp-admin/revision.php?revision=39725
https://raffackfav.wordpress.com/wp-admin/revision.php?revision=39727
https://raffackfav.wordpress.com/wp-admin/revision.php?revision=39745
The 39727 one is empty, but something made this change, not me. I suppose that was a TAG changes. -

Hi there,
This can happen if you make changes to a post and update it before the editor has finished loading.
When editing an existing post, wait for it to load and show all your content before you make any changes. Once it’s done loading, make the changes you want to make and then click update. Then the content shouldn’t disappear.

Really I tried but I couldn’t recreate the error. The loading is to fast. Anyway I think your suggestion should be the wright way: may be sometimes the connection is slower and this causes the problem.
When I find a “empty post” if I go on the history I can go back to the previous version. -
See the links @timethief posted in her second reply.

While you’re working on a post, we constantly save it in the background, and each update you make after publication is also saved, so your post has a list of previous versions that you can roll back to.
To get to those revisions, edit the post and click where it says “PUBLISHED [date]”. That will expand some options, one of which is revisions. Click on that, search for the version you want to restore, and click Restore Revision. Then you can continue editing again from that point.
