Empty sidebar

  i’m just building my site today and the 2nd sidebar on the homepage shows 2 widgets (calendar and blogroll), both of which i’d like to delete, but in Appearance > Widgets, the 2nd Sidebar is totally empty. Any tips or ideas would be hugely appreciated. The theme is Digg 3 column.

  Please post an active link starting with http:// to the blog in question. When we choose a theme there is deafult sidebar display that does not contain any actual widgets. We go here > Apperance > Widgets and select and install the widgets we want to use. For each one we ant to use we drag and drop it where we want it to displa, click to open, click save, click close. Then our selection of sidebar widgets will overide the default sidebar disaply.

  P.S. I’m sorry for the atrocious errors. I’m trying to use a new keypad and it’s driving me crazy. :(

  thanks so much. simply dragging in widgets that i DO want did the trick like you said. Thanks!!!
