empty site

I want to empty my site of all its content and retain the site addy.
It says “If you wish to empty your site of all of its content but keep the site name, please contact support, and one of our Happiness Engineers will be glad to lend a hand. Do note that once the site is emptied, the content is gone forever, so please make sure you mean it before you ask us to empty your site.”
However all’s it does is keep taking me to the dang forum. I do not have the time to go thru 20 posts at a time to delete all the posts.Please help??!?!?!?!

I know, that is all I find and it is a dead end. All’s it lets me do is post in the forum and nit reach one of the ” Happiness Engineers ” to do it.
