I want empty all my site’s content to start over fresh but I think i need a happiness engineer to do it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you don’t have years worth of content then why wait for Staff?
You can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.
bulk delete images & media http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/deleting-files/#bulk-deletion

This is perfect. I started a page a while ago and never really learned the ins and outs of the wordpress platform so there isn’t much content. I’ll go through and follow your instructions to start over.
