Empty Site Contents
-
Hello,
Can somebody please empty my site’s contents?
For some reason it still shows that files are taking up space on my site that I tried deleting after some imports went wrong.
Can somebody empty the site contents and let me know when that is done so I can try to re-add content manually?
Thanks,

macmanx,
The reason I am asking for a clean up of the site is because currently the Media manager is still saying I am using about 6.6 MB of my 13 GB with no attachments after a failed import. I can’t import a self-hosted blog into WordPress.com, but I can do the reverse.
If we can clean all the contents so it can revert the storage back to being 0 MB used since there are no attachments that would be great.
Thanks,

It claims I still have 6.61 megabytes used of space for media attachments. Maybe I asked for the wrong thing?

OMG! Thank you! I was trying to scan for lost attachments and couldn’t find it! Your support is great! I found WordPress.com through Microsoft Live Spaces and figured that this would be a great product!
You can close the thread or ticket now.
Thanks macmanx!

Hi macmanx,
I tried re-importing blog contents again from a WordPress.org domain, but had some issues again. I tried emptying the site contents; however, now it says I am using space for media files when I have no media files.
Can you please help me again?
It says right now that I have 0 media files, but am using 493.7 kb. It seems something happens from importing from my server, and it uses storage when there are no files left.
Can you erase any files and reset the space again?
Sorry for responding to an old thread.
Thanks,
