Empty site from content (and change name)

Hello! I’d like to empty my site from all it’s content, please. Then I would like to change its name, and start afresh. :)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can do all that easily, by changing the blog url and then emptying the site.
If there’s a chance you might want to hold on to the original url, however, there are other steps you could take.
Create a new blog with the url you want, while logged in with your current account.
Make the old blog Private, so that nobody can read it.
Delete the content, if you still want to.
