Empty Trash and Empty Spam

    Where did the Empty Trash and Empty Spam buttons disappear to?

    I tried the long-winded way, Bulk Edit – Select all – Press Delete button and got this:-

    and my trash still has the same 7 comments in it.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I refreshed a number of times after attempting to delete trashed comments and they were still there, but now several minutes later I go back to the comments view and the trashed comments are now gone. I still think the reported messages are very confusing. Why say it failed if it worked? And why say it worked if it failed?

    Hi there!

    Looks like some kind of glitch. I wouldn’t give it much importance unless it keeps happening every time you’re trying to bulk delete comments.

    If that’s the case, could you let us know more info about your browser? https://www.whatismybrowser.com/. Does this happen when using a different one?

    Which site is this for? I see you have a few on your account. Does the issue affect all your sites or only the site you mentioned in your first post (i.e. mqgem.wordpress.com) and your other sites are fine?
