Empty your cart

    Dear fellow users,
    I realized somewhat late that I can also start with an all free account and thus first clicked on the one for personal use (4 euro per month). Now I created my free one but it tells me the other one (the one requiring payment) is still in my checkout and I cannot empty the cart.
    Can you please help me out here?

  • Hi Carolina,

    I have emptied your cart so you shouldn’t see any prompts to pay anymore.
    In case this happens in the future, you’ll want to click on the cart to proceed with payment and then click on the garbage bin icon next to each item to remove it.
