emptying my blog

  Hi,
  I’d like my blog site http://konginchains.wordpress.com/
  to be emptied out since I have a new site with my own domain already set up. I’d still like to use http://konginchains.wordpress.com/ but I want it to contain only one post that would tell my viewers to be redirected to my new site’s address.

  Before you empty the site out, please do tell me first if it is possible to re import the site and all its contents prior to the deletion. I have already downloaded my site’s content as xml file. Then once I am aware of that, then I will send you another to confirmation of approval to empty my blog.

  Do the export NOW. It is up to you to export the content and confirm that it’s all in the export file. Do this BEFORE requesting that staff wipe out the contents, for obvious reasons.

  As i mentioned, I did already export as an xml file.

  I have decided I will empty the site’s contents on my own. I just want to be provided the instructions on how you can restore the site back to the way it was complete with the pictures in the blog by using the exported xml file.

  I do recall upon export, my xml file was strangely only 390 kb in size.

  Also would it be possible to export my blog subscribers app widget which is a total count of 58 subscribers into my new wordpress.org site? So that they are automatically subscribed to my new wordpress site and the subscriber count remains at 58 for that one too.
