enable author profile

Just a question, how would I enable author’s gravatar profile for every post using Misty Lake Theme?
If it is not supported which theme should i use then?

I’m using the Parament theme by Automattic. This or the ability to add ?rel=author.

Very few themes have an author profile designed into the theme. See here for selection of another theme that does not have this feature http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/08/15/author-displayed-or-not/
For themes that do not have an author profile, you can create a draft post and create an author profile in it and then copy and paste it on the bottom of each post.
Note to the wise: re author profiles
Lengthy author profiles are ignored. They look unprofessional. Adding a lengthy rambling blah, blah, blah to every post will compromise your credibility. Create one that accurately reveals your authority and brand in as few keywords as possible. -

Yes that was what I was doing. I copied and pasted the code from Google but it must have had an extra hidden character somewhere that caused a line break and I kept getting a 404. Removed teh linebreak and hey presto. It worked.
